AI/ML Engineer

Build LLM-powered and predictive features that ship — with evaluations, guardrails and monitoring baked in.

We're looking for an engineer to build AI features that actually reach production. Most AI pilots die between the demo and the release; the difference is almost always evaluation, not modelling.

You'll start from the business outcome and a labelled set of evaluations, then build, measure and harden until the feature is something the team can maintain with confidence.

What you'll do

Build LLM-powered and predictive features into client products
Define evaluation sets that make 'good' measurable before writing prompts
Add guardrails, monitoring and regression checks around AI behaviour
Work with the wider engineering team to ship and support what you build

What we're looking for

Strong Python, and production experience with LLM or ML systems
Experience evaluating model quality systematically, not by feel
Sound software engineering fundamentals — testing, observability, CI
Honest judgement about where AI is and isn't the right tool
