Senior Full-Stack Engineer

Lead delivery on client web platforms using Next.js, TypeScript and Node. You'll own features end-to-end and mentor other engineers.

We're looking for a senior full-stack engineer to lead delivery on client web platforms. You'll work directly with the people using what you build, own features from first conversation through to production, and help set the technical direction of the projects you're on.

This is a hands-on role on a small team. You will not be handed tickets — you'll help decide what's worth building and why.

What you'll do

Own features end-to-end: scoping, architecture, implementation, release and support
Build client web platforms with Next.js, TypeScript and Node
Review code and mentor other engineers on the team
Work directly with clients to turn business goals into technical plans

What we're looking for

Substantial production experience with React/Next.js and Node
Strong TypeScript, and a working knowledge of relational databases
Comfortable owning a feature without close supervision
Clear written communication — much of the team's work is async
